We have obtained the property of 100.000 sq. meters in the mountains  at Vratsa county in Croatia, central Europe, by bidding for 50 years at Euro 18000 per year, and agreement was signed with the related authorities.Located 22km from REIJKA the port city of Croatia and second biggest city in the country, and about 65 km from the Italian border.

• The project is composed of, one 4 stars hotel with 80 rooms and 4 super VIP chalets, two ski slopes 450 m, 250 m, and a short ski slope for children, an adrenaline track of 950 m, fast food outlets at the bottom of the slope, cafe, and ski services etc.
• This combination will make it busy around the year, and the only resort of this type in the country.

• The total cost of the project is around Euro 22 million.
• The Repayment of investment(ROI) is less than 8 years.

All documentation been done including the municipal approval, the geodetic study, the initial approval for building on the land, and we are to do the urban planning and the building permit when the design is ready.
